The character’s mental health can deteriorate under extreme stress, such as zombie attacks, prolonged exposure to dangerous Psi-zones, or consuming human meat, which can lead to nervous breakdowns and hallucinations. These conditions may trigger panic and disorientation, making survival and interaction with the environment more challenging.

Left untreated negative mental health can lead to involuntary actions including F11’ing..

To manage these symptoms, use antidepressants to stabilize the character’s psyche and mitigate the negative effects of stress.

Marijuana and Vodka are also good at topping up mental health.
